It’s no small task to provide detailed and accurate information on lodgings， restaurants， and activities throughout a continent that spans some 2，400 miles from Shark Bay to the Sunshine Coast， and 1，600 miles from Darwin to Kangaroo Island--a chunk of land roughly the size of all of western Europe or the contiguous 48 states of the U.S. To do so and aim for a budget of $50 a day is a feat comparable to crossing the outback by foot.
